These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, learning apps, videos, worksheets and other materials ("Services") provided by Next Level Enrichment ("we", "us", "our"), a Singapore-based educational publisher, including the sites at sgexamprep.com and nextlevelenrichment.com. By creating an account, buying access, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Each account is for a single named pupil (or that pupil's parent/guardian). Accounts may not be shared, resold, or used by more than one pupil.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including accounts used to copy or redistribute our content.
2. Payment, Access and Refunds
- One payment, not a subscription. Each subject is bought outright for
twelve months. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, and your card is
not stored for a future charge. When the twelve months end, access simply stops —
nothing is taken from your account.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or hold your card number.
- The price, the subjects included and the length of access are shown before you pay.
- Refunds. Access to the papers is granted immediately and the answers
and explanations can be read straight away, so purchases are
not refundable once the account has been opened. We would much rather
you were certain beforehand: every subject has a free demo paper
you can sit in full, with no sign-up and no card.
- If the fault is ours, we will put it right. If you cannot access what
you paid for, if a subject is materially not as described, or if you were charged twice,
email welcome@sgexamprep.com and we will fix
it or refund you. This applies regardless of the paragraph above, and nothing in these
Terms removes rights you have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection
(Fair Trading) Act.
- Adding a subject later is a separate purchase, with its own twelve
months running from the day you buy it.
3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All content in the Services — including word lists, questions, explanations, audio, videos, images, games and software — is owned by Next Level Enrichment and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for the named pupil's own private study only.
You may not:
- copy, download, scrape, record, screenshot for sharing, republish, sell or distribute any content;
- share your account or give others access to the Services;
- use the content to build, train or supply any competing product, dataset or teaching material;
- attempt to bypass access controls, extract bulk data, or access the Services by automated means.
Content may be watermarked or otherwise tagged to your account. Unauthorised copying or sharing is a breach of these Terms and of copyright law, and may result in account closure and further action.
4. Educational Content
Our materials are designed to align with the Singapore MOE syllabus but are a study aid only. We do not guarantee any particular examination result.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may update, suspend or withdraw features.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
