This policy explains how Next Level Enrichment collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our Services at sgexamprep.com and nextlevelenrichment.com, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
We are a small family-run publisher, not an advertising business. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we ask for as little of it as we can.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services (e.g. hosting, payment, email), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable measures to protect it.
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond as required under the PDPA.
Our papers are written for primary-school pupils, so most accounts are used by children. An account is always opened and paid for by a parent or guardian, who consents on the child's behalf. We ask for a child's first name and school only so that their progress is recorded under their own name and so we know which papers matter to you — neither is required to use the Services, and you may ask us to remove either at any time.
We do not send marketing email to children, and we do not build advertising profiles of pupils.
Questions about your data, requests for access or correction, or withdrawal of consent should go to our Data Protection contact, Darren Chan, at welcome@sgexamprep.com. We will acknowledge within two working days and respond in full within the timeframes set by the PDPA.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
